Wonton wrapper vs gyoza vs egg roll

Other than size, shape and thickness is there a difference in the store bought brands of these wrappers? Could I cut down egg roll wrappers for wontons or use gyoza wrappers to make smaller versions of baked egg rolls? Thanks!

You can cut down egg roll wrappers for wontons, they're the same, but I think gyoza wrappers seem more glutinous.

gyoza wrappers are usually bit thicker than egg roll wrappers so adjust cooking accordingly.

Excellent! Thanks for the feedback. I suspected as much, but I didn't want to ruin a bunch of filling.
