Other than size, shape and thickness is there a difference in the store bought brands of these wrappers? Could I cut down egg roll wrappers for wontons or use gyoza wrappers to make smaller versions of baked egg rolls? Thanks!
Excellent! Thanks for the feedback. I suspected as much, but I didn't want to ruin a bunch of filling.
gyoza wrappers are usually bit thicker than egg roll wrappers so adjust cooking accordingly.
You can cut down egg roll wrappers for wontons, they're the same, but I think gyoza wrappers seem more glutinous.
