Hi there,

I need some veal shoulder to make sausages and was wondering what some of the best places are to get that. Thanks in advance!

Anyone know where to find veal tenderloin? I have had it at providence and at patina recently and would love to bring some home to prepare.

    Thanks

you can try Marconda Meats at the Farmer's Market on 3trd & Fairfax, however I'm not sure they would have that specific cut, you should give them a call first.
