Where to buy veal in Los Angeles?

  • 6

Hi there,

I need some veal shoulder to make sausages and was wondering what some of the best places are to get that. Thanks in advance!

  1. you can try Marconda Meats at the Farmer's Market on 3trd & Fairfax, however I'm not sure they would have that specific cut, you should give them a call first.

    1. European Deluxe Sausage Kitchen
9109 W Olympic Blvd, Beverly Hills, CA 90212 (Just West of Doheny)
      310-276-1331

They also make their own sausages, biltong, knockwurst, weisswurst, usw.

      2. Anyone know where to find veal tenderloin? I have had it at providence and at patina recently and would love to bring some home to prepare.

        Thanks
