Is Peniche in White Plains still open?

The website is no longer up & running.... anyone know if the restaurant is still open (maybe it was just a computer glitch?).

It was in the paper this week. Peniche is officially closed and up for sale.

It's still open. I went last night with a friend for some Tapas, it was quite busy.

I heard they were having issues. Except for the P over the door the sign has been down for over two years. I don't think Anthony from the former trotters and 42 has anything to do with Peniche anymore.
