Toad hall- Lucky srtike- Cafe noir haunts.

I know this is too late for you, and it's not technically SoHo, but The Dove on Thompson St between West 3rd and Bleecker st has a great happy hour between 4 and 8 with half off specialty drinks. I've tried almost all of them and they're delicious!
