Enrollment data are current as of 9/21/10. If you are planning to
take a class, do register soon. For some reason, my classes tend to
get filled up with a thwump at the end with a waitlist. I fly from
Hawaii once a year to teach at the Cambridge Center. The next round of
these classes will be offered in September 2011.
If interested, go to www.ccae.org to register on-line or call
For course descriptions, click on Food on the left of the CCAE
webpage. Then type in Rhee or the course code in the search box.
This will be the last registration data post for my fall 2010 cooking
classes @ CCAE.
