I just watched the Puerto Rico Man vs Food episode where Adam was eating a delicious looking sandwich called named the El Churry Mixto sandwich. The meats were marinated for two days in a sofrito, consisting of cilantro, garlic, onion and peppers. Are there any places in the Bay Area that serves the this type of sandwich?

I didn't see the episode so I am not exactly sure what is was about this sandwich that grabbed your attention. With that said, a sandwich that might fit the bill (though not identical) is the vaca frita Thursday lunch special sandwich at Habana Cuba in San Jose. It is basically brisket which has been marinated in a combination of lime, garlic and salt. It is then seared until crispy with onions and served in a sandwich.
