I received these in my CSA share last week and this week. I believe they're young black eyed peas still in the bean pod.
This is a new thing for me. Any suggestions on what to do with them?
Fresh black eyed peas are always greenish before cooking. Just shell and cook them.
Shell them and prepare as any fresh bean, such as limas, peas, etc. They're delish, lucky you!
