Apple Picking near Oreland, PA?

It has been years since I went apple picking and I would love to go again. Are there any recommendations for places near Oreland (Montgomery County)? And what are the prices like? I have visions of apple butter and pies but I can't break the bank. Thanks!

    1. I don't know what you mean by near. There is nothing right there, but if you are willing to drive a half hour plus, I'd recommend Solebury Orchard. We were just there last weekend picking honeycrisps. I think jonathans are ripe soon. The pick your own are $1.50/lb. They also sell cider, cider donuts, and delicious cider slush.

Solebury is a great orchard, love both their cider and their apples. For a list of the current varieties available see below.

      2. See link below...scroll down to the bottom and they list pick your own by county.
