Lunch options near the Vancouver airport or on the way to Whistler?

Looking for an above average food choice for lunch this Friday.

Landing at the airport then driving to Whistler. If there's something within 30 min of the airport on the way to Whistler, it would be great.

Could also stop at Granville and 60th-ish for Red Star dim sum.

Lin's for XLB at Granville and Broadway.

Shanghai Village at Cambie and 16th has some interesting Shanghainese snacks on their lunch menu and it's a nicer room than Lin's (just don't order the beef roll), though I prefer the XLB at Lin's if you can stomach the wait.

You will probably be driving north on Granville St: a couple of ideas - The Place for Northern Chinese, and Rangoli (Vij's budget restaurant) for Indian. You can also take a slight detour to Granville Island to stock up on salumi and cheese for your hotel stay. You can have lunch there. I like the burger at Market Grill in the eastern food court.
