LOOKING FOR OUTRAGEOUS, DECADENT BRUNCH FOOD IN LOS ANGELES

I am looking for a place that has really decadent, bread based brunch items in Los Angeles. I love Larchmont Bungalow's Red Velvet Pancakes that are stuffed AND topped with cream cheese frosting and also have syrup on the side. I love Toast's Banana Stuffed French Toast which has banana pudding, bananas and syrup. I like the idea of Doughboys' menu but when things come out, they fall flat. I also love the menu at The Griddle Cafe but thought it was surprisingly bland (although I have only been once). If anyone knows of any other great places with super good, outrageous, fatty bakery brunch stuff, I'd appreciate knowing about it. THANKS!!!!!

That looks good. Next year when I go to Pageant of the masters I might have to eat there!

Bite Bar & Bakery has great bakery items during the week and adds a weekend brunch that has a tasty waffle with fresh berries and chantilly cream among other offerings.

It sounds like a visit to 26 Beach on the Marina Del Rey/Venice border for brunch ought to be high on your list. See the brunch menu here: http://www.26beach.com/brunch.htm

You're falling down on your job, Bboy!!

I gotta say, $12 for scrambled eggs tho? Are they unbelievable scrambled eggs, and a large portion, like 1/2 dozen? I know they have other ingredients in them, just sounds a little bit much.

There portions are huge and yes there are other ingredients. It is perfect with a friend, you get eggs and she gets a french toast and you share!
