Christmas eve and day in Las Vegas

We're arriving on Christmas eve and will be leaving on 12/26. Christmas eve is really kind of a big deal for us. Any suggestions on a really special place? What about Christmas day...will most restaurants remain open? Thanks for any suggestions!

We always go to LV at Christmas and we always eat at Delmonico's on the 25th. As at any LV restaurant it can be uneven but after 10 or so times I think more up than down. Lovely service and food that will appeal to everyone. You do need to reserve in advance.

I'll be there over Christmas as well and almost every place I've called is open Christmas Eve (even Alex/Robuchon/Savoy/Picasso/Twist) while many are also open Christmas day.
