ISO restaurant serving Chinook Salmon

Father-in-law is coming to Toronto for the first time from overseas and has shown great interest in trying Chinook Salmon. I'd like to take him to a restaurant that prepares it well, but it seems hard to find Pacific salmon of any kind on menus. Does anyone have any leads?
As a last resort I'd settle for a quality seafood store to buy the fish so I can prepare it myself.
Restaurant can be anywhere in the GTA, to buy the fish, North York or surrounding area would be preferred.
In the past, when in season, I have eaten ' Wild Alaskan Copper river Chinook ( King ) salmon cooked by Chris MacDonald's at Avalon (now Cava ), David Lee at Splendido, McEwan at N44, Kaji at Sushi Kaji and Lasetto of George. So, for a start, you can check out restaurants run by those chefs and see whether they will be bringing them in?!

thanks Charles, I'll take a look at some of those. I've already checked Splendido and Nota Bene with no luck, and restaurants such as Canoe serve either farmed or Atlantic Salmon.
Not sure how I'd find Kaji's menu as it's omakase. Will give your suggestions a shot.
