Hoboken Bars

I'm looking for two kinds of bars in Hoboken.

1) a bar in Hoboken that is offbeat and divey. A place that is full with locals and a bartender that perhaps has lived in Hoboken forever.

2) The bar that is best in Hoboken for drinks, socializing, music, and fun.

Louise & Jerry's, end of discussion. The best real bar in town, real people and most of the bartenders have lived here quite some time.
And depending on what type of music you are looking for, I think they have the best jukebox in town and when they have a dj, it's not dance crap, it's real music.

I'll second L&J's - It is definitely the first place that came to my mind when I read your first question. O'Nieal's is also a good locals place and it has pretty good food that is more than just bar snacks (L&J's does not serve food).

Not sure how many responses you will get. Most of the people who frequent the bars in Hoboken are out-of-towners and may not be the type to post on Chow. I have no suggestions because although I live in Hoboken, I never go to Hoboken bars. :)
