Will be staying there this weekend. Any recomendations for lobster pound within 1/2 hour drive, or outstanding seafood restaurant with oysters, chowder, fresh fish.

Sebago is a pretty big lake. Where (what town) will you be in?

You're about a half hour from the coast, give or take 15 minutes. Harraseekett Lunch and Lobster, Freeport, is a classic lobster/seafood shack. Or hit Portland, plenty of choices. Portland Lobster Co. comes closest to lobster/seafood shack. For fancier, can't go wrong with either Street & Co. (seafood and only seafood) or Old Port Sea Grill. All three are in Old Port/Waterfront.

      Street & Co
33 Wharf St., Portland, ME 04101

      Old Port Cafe
111 Main St, Winterport, ME 04496

Thx. Tried harraseeket and Lobster Co which fit the bill. Also a roadside shack called Bobs in Standish which was every bit the equal and half the price. Downside of course was replacing water views w highway traffic.
