    Depends on what's dropped, and where. Biscuitboy would like to believe in a commercial kitchen food isn't re-plated

      That's something I've seen before this, but, to be clear... Food falls on the floor... It goes in the bin. Period.

          I can't recall dropping any food, other than one runaway butterball turkey. Many years ago one of my cats knocked a full bottle of gin off the counter and I had a nasty clean up. Ralph and Buffa both put on their innocent face, but to this day I suspect Ralph.
