Budget dinners in Florence?

Hi, we're first-time visitors to Italy, 4 adults and a kid. What are good budget options for dinner in Florence? Vini e Vecchi Sapori is on my list, but what else should I be looking at? Any help would be much appreciated! :)

Absolutely Vini e Vecchi Sapori, Fuori Porta is quite reasonable as well....Marione is another cheapy. La Casalinga although the quality can be very good and miss at other times....

Nerbone in the Mercato Centrale of course. Try Pallotino for a saitsfying meal at low price. Also agree on Contadino and Casalinga. Good inexpensive lunch at Le Mossacce and at Caffe Italiano on via Condotta 56r

Warning about Caffe Italiano - although still delicious they have cancelled their 5.90 euro lunch special and it is no longer exactly cheap.

Also try Trattoria Anita on Via Venegia behind the Palazzo Vecchio. - I think a two course lunch is about 8 euro.

There's plenty of budget trattorias. One of my favorites was Il Contadino near Santa Maria Novella.

The set meal (lunch and dinner I believe) is about 11 euros a person. And you can add a carafe of wine for a euro, I think.
