Food Parc vs Food Hall vs Eataly

Any comments? I have been to Eataly twice and agree with many of the Chowhound postings about how disorganized and confusing it is. I'll go back in a few months when they get some kinks worked out.
This week we want to get something quick/light before heading to the theater at 7pm. So should we head north of the Theater District to The Food Hall at the Plaza or south to Food Parc?
