La Tortilla Factory - Santa Rosa
We got a package of these at the Berkeley Bowl. The only ingredients are water, stone ground corn masa flour, and lime. They were really about the worst tortillas I've ever encountered: they had a weird off flavor and a day after heating a few on a griddle the house still reeks. What the heck?

I agree with Robert. In fact I have been meaning to do a blind tasting of tortillas. I have tried so many and La Tortilla Factories all corn are bad. I haven't tried their widely available corn and wheat blend.

I've encountered them now and then for decades, as they are ubiquitous in the north bay area grocery stores, and have never really liked them. I never buy them if I have a choice.
