Thanksgiving dinner in Paso Robles

My boyfriend and I are spending Thanksgiving in Paso Robles for the first time. We want to enjoy a wonderful dinner on Thanksgiving. Can you please suggest restaurants that would be good? Ideally we would like to eat a turkey dinner but we are open to other suggestions. We are both foodies so this is a big decision for us. :)

Are there any wineries that would be serving a delicious Thanksgiving meal as well? I appreciate all of your help.

  1. If you are able to travel a little farther W, drive into Cambria. I would suggest Robin's - reserve well in advance and ask for the patio. Very special place. There's a couple other nice dinner spots like Black Cat Bistro or the restaurant at Cambria Pines Hotel. :)

    Black Cat Bistro

    1. We've been to Artisan twice for Thanksgiving and they offered fried turkey. I recall it was offered to our kids and it was very lightly fried (and tasty!) such that you couldn't even tell (other than being told) it was fried. I'm not certain if it is only for children as the other offerings were spectacular. The menu for Thanksgiving is prix fixe.

We were just at Artisan a couple of weeks ago, it's bettern than ever! There is a restaurant called Enoteca @ the Hotel BellaSerra in Paso, check and see if they are serving dinner that day. Black Cat Bistro and Robin's are both excelent choices if you want to drive to Cambria. The restaurant they previous poster is referring to is at The Cambria Pines Lodge, we have not dined there yet but I have heard great things about it. :)

        1. You should really try McPhee's in Templeton....just a short drive from Paso. It is fantastic...everything is great and I believe they are doing Thanksgiving dinner. Winemakers hang out there and they have a fine local wine list. This is not to be missed.
