Orange Sky?
I am thinking about doing a bachelor party (low-key) dinner at Orange Sky and then segue into poker at the casino. From the menu, it looks like my culinary challenged friends won't be too intimidated by the menu (plenty of steaks). Has anyone been there? Thoughts?

We were told they're still in the process of adding to the wine list since they haven't been open for long. The sommelier Luciano was great - we spent quite a bit of time chatting with him. The restaurant itself is stunning. I think I had read that it's 20,000 square feet. The dining room has the floor-to-ceiling windows on three sides, and there's an open kitchen. The lounge area is spacious with separate seating areas facing east or west with the bar in the middle. Sleek and modern. Live music every night. Hope you like it as much as we did!
I just remembered - They also have private large dining booths (may seat 10) with a glass wall facing the west. Right now they're by reservation first-come, first-served, but they eventually will be charging extra for them.
