Tartine Bakery Raspberry Tart
Just had a Raspberry Tart at the Tartine Bakery. Best I have ever eaten. Does anyone know what kind of base they use for their raspberry tarts. It was a custard of some type but looked white rather than the yellow one would expect from egg yolks. It was very light and delicious.
