removing favorites

Is there a way to clear your favorites or other parts in your profile. When I was new to the board, I tended to save a lot of stuff to my profile. But being ocd, I spend a lot of time trying to catch up with my reading. Iwant to erase it all and start fresh. How do I do that?

If you have saved threads, recipes, or stories to your Favorites in your profile, you can remove them by clicking on each and then clicking the "Remove from My Chow" button at the top of each one (it is in the same position as "Save to My Chow" at the top of this thread).

Threads you have posted in will show in the My Threads section of your profile, and our software does not allow you to remove them.
