Les Ambassadeurs for special dinner

Hello,

We are heading to Paris next weekend for a special weekend for my husband's 40th. Staying at the Crillon and was planning to eat at the Les Ambassadeurs - in part because I am planning late and they have a table... I know the chef has changed over, and the reviews are sparse though vaguely positive. Does anyone have any personal experience?

Sorry my bad, just did a proper search and found all sorts of personal reviews (all positive). We are going to go for it. Will do my best to report back.
