Liters Amounts From SodaStream Gas & Flavors

I just finished my original canister and didn't get anywhere near the claimed amount of liters of seltzer water, and it doesn't look like I will get the claimed amount of flavored bottles from the syrup either. I'm very happy with the system though.

I have the one that's $129.99 and that uses the smaller canisters. I give 4-5 short taps on it until I hear the buzzes and usually do 2-3 buzzes. I didn't count but I think I got make 25-30 litres of so. I'm using the second line on the cap for the flavoring but didn't count how many bottles flavored. I think I will be getting less though than they say.

Anyone feel they are getting all the liters that are claimed by the gas and syrup?

I have an Edition 1 and I use the large CO2 canisters. I actually get slightly more bottles than indicated since I like a light aeration and not a pounding gaseous one.

I don't drink flavored sodas and so have not used the syrups.
