Cocktail after Graham Eliot's

I'm going to Graham Eliot's for my birthday, and wanted to go somewhere for a few cocktails afterwards that wasn't too far away. This will be on Saturday night. I wanted something not overly crowded with great mixed drinks or good scotch.

For some reason I'm thinking the Peninsula or Four Seasons, but I haven't been to either; as long as the cocktails were good and it's not an overcrowded "scene" I would be happy.

Thanks!

For very creative cocktails nearby I like the Drawing Room. They even make the cocktails tableside, but you may want to call and see if you can reserve a table as they probably get crowded late on a Sat night.
Otherwise, I've heard good things about the cocktails at Sable at the Hotel Palomar, and Pops is always fun too- it's a champagne bar, and they also just opened a new beer and cocktail lounge downstairs.
I am guessing though that all of these places will have a crowd on a Sat night so if you're interested you might want to call ahead and see if you can reserve a table.

        FYI-
GE also has really great cocktails and a nice little bar area. Not sure about the others, but pops will be jam-packed for sure on a sat. night.
