Best Italian or American restaurants in Allentown?

What are the best medium priced Italian or American (Steakhouse, etc.) restaurants in the Allentown- Bethlehem area?

  1. Louies in Allentown would be our favorite for traditional red sauce italian.

    1. For Italian, in addition to Louie's, Bellisimo or for a BYOB Mama Nina

      There are several steakhouses I would recommend but they aren't won't most consider medium priced - Shula's, Emeril's Chop House or Blue
