Are there any Michigan Wolverine football fans in Vancouver? Where can one catch some football saturday action in the downtown Vancouver area? I want to catch the Big Ten opener this coming Saturday against Illinois. GO BLUE!

Several years ago, I went to a sports bar (since closed) on Georgia to watch a Penn State game and ended up sitting next to Dre of Outcast, who is a rapid Michigan fan as he watched the Wolverine game going on at the same time. Why someone who grew up in Atlanta would have been a Michigan fan is beyond me, but it certainly was a kick to talk to him about his career and college football. As to your question, I do know that as a part time Vancouver resident, the local cable gets the Big Ten network, as well as ESPN feeds. So I suspect that if you find a good sports bar, you will be in luck.
