Looking for a good fishmonger (Grosse Pointe/East Pointe)

It has to be no farther than East Pointe. The fish mongers down at eastern market just aren't cutting it. I would love a place with a high Asian client base so that way I know the fish is flying off the ice or even a monger that just sells to all the local eateries.

Thanks in advance

If you're looking for a place that you can drop in on regularly, that has any amount of consistency, you may be out of luck. However, Fresh Farms Market in Grosse Pointe Farms will special order just about anything you could want. I've found ordering it this way has guaranteed the freshest product available.

I have stopped at fresh farms, I think they have some wonderful items that you don't find everywhere for sure. I do think that it won't be high enough volume to assure great fish on a regular basis. They do have a great assortment of all sorts of things that are totally unique and impossible to find anywhere else in this area.
