Any surprises for where to find the best fresh, delicious seafood entrees?

Hint: if the seafood is shiny, send it back.

What I mean by surprise is a restaurant that isn't known for their seafood but does it well. For example, I recently had a delicious salmon entree at Russell House Tavern. The butterfish entree at Blue Ginger is another favorite of mine. I also love the ceviche at La Verdad. None of those restaurants is known as a seafood restaurant but I am pretty sure their seafood is better than a place like Atlantic Fish.

My favorite butterfish is the crispy butterfish at Wang's.

Highland Kitchen almost always has a seafood special, I almost always order it, and I'm almost always very happy with my meal.

I would say the same thing about Silvertone.
