Questions on Shanghai and Jean-Georges

Does anyone know what the dress code is at Jean-George (aka 3 on the Bund)? I suspect business casual, but does anyone know if that can encompass new, black jeans with a sports coat for men?

And what are the typical dining hours for lunch and dinner? And if I want XLB for lunch at one of the more popular places (which I understand are frequently street stands or small local restaurants), what is the best time to show up to avoid huge lines/crowds?

Thanks!

Susan

PS - Edited to add, does Jean-Georges have more than one restaurant in Shanghai? When I Google it, the restaurant M on the Bund also shows up, but it's not listed on the Jean-Georges website. Also, I see a restaurant listed as "3 on the Bund" in one place and "Jean-Georges" in another (at the same address)...

Dress code is informal - jeans, even t-shirts would be fine.

Jean Georges has another restaurant called Nougatine (cheaper), located in the same building.

The dress code in Shanghai's not that strict, so jeans & sports code would be perfectly fine.

Typical dining hours for locals in Shanghai would be around 11am-2pm for lunch, and 5pm onwards for dinner.

Jean-Georges is the one & only outlet in Shanghai and it's at No. 3 on the Bund. "M on the Bund" restaurant is located at No. 5 on the Bund - it's the adjacent building.
