Freezing Pizza crusts-vacuum sealing?
I like making a bunch of pizza crusts and then freezing them. The problem is they are too big for using my FoodSaver vacuum sealer. I wrap them in plastic wrap individually and then throw them in a big garbage bag and into the freezer, and this sometimes works, but is time consuming.
My (crazy) idea is to buy one of those SpaceSaver type bags for clothes/quilts/towels/etc and throw my crusts in there, hook up my vacuum and seal away. When I need one, I will open the bag, take one out, reseal and throw back in the freezer.
Will this work? Any other ideas?
