Dry aged, triple AAA beef - can it be found on Van Isle?

Greetings all...
My sweetie's really in the mood for a good steak. I haven't cooked one up in a while because I haven't seen any decent stuff around - maybe I'm missing out on a secret source? Any thoughts would be most welcome. Baby needs her rib eye!

Not too familiar with the provisioning over there. I have been to the very impressive Cowichan Valley Meats. They probably have it there (along with locally sourced meats). Give them a call.

      Give a call to:
Village Butcher in Oak Bay 250-598-1115
Slater's on Cadboro Bay Rd. 250-592-0823
Orr & Sons in Brentwood Bay 250-652-3751
They're some of the best butchers around and should be able to help you track something local and fabulous down.

Thanks to everyone for the info. I settled on the Village Butcher and wasn't disappointed. Nice logo on the business cards as well. "Dexter" would be proud!
