For a wine bar -- Enoteca Barcibo on Broadway near the movie theater (might be a little far south). Nice wine selection and Italian bar snacks type of menu and I think they are open late.

If you're looking for a good bar with good bar food you might try George Keeley's.

Both Edgar's Cafe and French Roast Cafe are nearby, open late (24 hours for French Roast Cafe) and serve decent-to-good food. I'm not sure about their bar selections though. The Sunburnt Calf is another one right around that neighborhood and has a good bar, but I don't know if their food is any good as I haven't eaten there yet.
