Dave's Famous Chicken Wing Sauce and Turkey Wings?

A summer guest left me a local (Dartmouth, Nova Scotia) favourite sauce and though it is clearly labeled 'chicken wing' sauce, I have turkey wings and a will to experiment. But there are no instructions on this bottle.

So how do you cook turkey wings for fun appetizers? I have essential: blue cheese, carrot sticks and celery, but no deep fryer! is that really necessary? we don't eat fried foods frequently.
