I need a baby shower venue in the Baltimore area. I am working with a budget of $500. Please help. I need suggestions of hall, restaurants, coffee shops, etc.

puffs and pastries in Hampden has a very cute upstairs space that I've always thought would be great for a small party- plus AMAZING pastries. the space is small I'd say good for like 20 or so people

Do you mean in the city or suburbs. There are several options, depending on area. When working with a budget, I have found Chinese restaurants work well. Joey Chiu Greenspring Inn often hosts showers, although not sure of cost.
