Restaurants with a Chef's Table in Orlando?

I am lookin to a little something different than the usual birhtday dinner for someone. I was thinking a Chef's Table would be a neat thing to experience. Does anyone know what restaurants in Orlando have them? I have never booked one and can't seem to find any restuarant websites that indicate that they have them and how to reserve one.

It's a chain, and a family-style Italian chain at that, but Buca di Beppo has a table in the kitchen, and it's actually a lot of fun to eat there. I've never had a bad meal at Buca, either.

How about an entire restaurant that aims to deliver the chef's table experience? So much so they call if Chef's Table? Does that sound like something you might be interested in?

I have also heard good things about the chef's table experience at Emeril's at CityWalk, but that was years ago...

Victoria & Albert's has one. Should be quite special.

if that's more than your budget allows, I know PF Changs in Winter Park has a table in the kitchen...

thanks for the suggestions. I dont want to enter Disney territory and I think I'm more of a Vic and Al's kinda girl than a Victoria and Albert's if you know what I mean :)
I forgot about PF Changs having the Captains table but I think I'd like something a little better than that. Perhaps a nice steak house.
