If you can't find it stocked locally then i'd go:
Amazon.com
http://www.amazon.com/Savannah-Bee-Co...
Probably won't be shipped straight across the border so I would ship it to a freight receiver like tsbshipping or TheLetterCarrier in Point Roberts ... or anywhere around Blaine etc.
I use TSBShipping all the time, very good service. TLC is closer to the border and i've used them before too, they seemed a little disorganized but I had no problems either. Good luck.

Thanks bill! That is the company that got me looking. Les amis carries their stuff and I got some of the black sage honey there. I guess the rarity is the reason I haven't seen it since. I should check in with the staff though. I've just been relying on looking on the shelves when I'm in...
I have to be a bit careful or I will end up with as many honeys as I have whacky salts :-). I couldn't resist a local raspberry honey at the Main Street farmers' market today. Dang, it's good, like tonguesful of summer!
