outdoor propane burner

Mostly for steaming shellfish, frying chicken . . . What are the best brands? How many btu's should I look for? Thanks.

  1. Don't know how many BTU's, but those turkey fryer set ups should be plenty.

    2. I'm about ready to buy one right now. The two I'm contemplating are both Bayou Classic -- the SP-10 and the SP-1. I'll be using mine for steaming lobsters.
