Mostly for steaming shellfish, frying chicken . . . What are the best brands? How many btu's should I look for? Thanks.

I'm about ready to buy one right now. The two I'm contemplating are both Bayou Classic -- the SP-10 and the SP-1. I'll be using mine for steaming lobsters. There are some good videos on this web site that explains the differences between the various models. http://www.bbqguys.com/category_name_...
