Breakfast in Palmyra MO

I will be in Palmyra on Saturday SEP 25, and I am looking for a place to eat breakfast. I am looking for a classic country cafe, where Mom runs the cash register and Pop runs the griddle...

I would be curious what you come up with. I can't remember if there was a restaurant in Palmyra last time we were there.

I actually ate at Parsons Cafe in New London - very basic, breakfast was OK.

I did a quick spin through Palmyra, and it looked like the Saturday morning breakfast hotspot was the Palmyra Family Cafe, across the street from the Courthouse.

We've been up that way twice in the last 10 days but not really for breakfast. We used to stop at Chubbys in Troy on the way up. They had home made cinnamon rolls. We haven't been to the new place.
