re: HungWeiLo
Tamarind tree has it.
It is a central vietnamese dish from Hue. Their used to be a Hue style vietnamese restaurant in the same strip mall as Lemongrass and seven star. Not sure if it is still there but they would have it.One of my favorite vietnamese dishes. If you ever get to Orange county, get to Quan Hy or Quan Hop, those are the best Banh Beo's I have had stateside.

re: dagrassroots
Other sources, in addition to Lemongrass and Tamarind Tree, are Huong Binh (1207 S. Jackson St. # 104, just east of 12th Ave. South) and Van Loi Noodle Company in Columbia City. There are some good YouTube videos on making bánh bèo. See, for example, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6VOweI....
