I've found it true of poutine in general that it's just not photogenic.

Bravo!!! Arturo Miranda is a genius, as are the Québécois people, who clearly invented the thing themselves by asking for it. So I say, neither Drummondville nor Victoriaville can claim having invented it. Poutine belongs to the people! Yeah!
Also, I think I went to high school with the reporter.
