Vegas Steakhouse for Bachelor Party

I am planning a bachelor party weekend in Vegas for 10 guys. We are looking for one splurge meal at a steakhouse and are considering Carnevino and SW Steakhouse. Any thoughts on which is better suited for a bachelor party (food, atmosphere)? Any other recommendations?

While price is a factor, we have no problem spending money as long as the food and service is worth it.

Thanks.

  1. You might want to consider Charlie Palmer's at the Four Seasons (Mandalay Bay). They are offering a great deal called "Cut of the Week" for $48/person. I haven't talked to anyone who has tried it who has been disappointed. The "Bottomless Glass of Wine" with each of the first two courses may be just the right start for a bachelor party! Here is the menu they served last week - as the name suggests it changes weekly.

    1. Carnevino! Last time I was there there was a group of guys in the spacious back room having a ball. And the food is out of this world. Try the bistecca a la Fiorentina! Plus, the service there is first calss all the way. If you schmooze them up a bit they will treat you right.

      1. There are a lot of great steakhouses, including PRIME at Bellagio, Charlie Parker as mentioned, and Michael Mina at Mandalay. For a Bachelor Party, though, I highly recommend N9NE at The Palms. The food is excellent, but it also has a very Vegas-y, in a good way, atmosphere. Very cool room and atmosphere, upbeat, good music ... you get great drinks and food but also will feel loose. It's a great place. Don't miss the Popcorn Shrimp appetizer with the spicy sauces, one of my favorite dishes in Vegas.
