Too much spicy peanut sauce! Can I freeze it?

I found the best recipe for spicy peanut sauce but I made too much last week and would love to freeze some. Anyone have any experience with this? It has fresh garlic and ginger, peanut butter, sesame oil, soy sauce and rice vinegar in it, along with a few other ingredients. It is delicious on apple slices, soba noodles and mixed in with rice. But....I am getting a little tired of having it three times a day!

I should be able to freeze this, right?

      mvi, if you have an empty/avail. ice cube tray make cubes out of the sauce. I've done this many times and it's great to have a pad of this sauce on hand for other dishes and individual servings of noodles. Enjoy!

        What a great idea. I do that with my pesto sauce. I am just loving this spicy peanut sauce but it really is too much of a good thing! Thanks, friends.
