I need to buy some vegetable Somosa's for a party next week-end. I don't know anything about Indi an food so I need some suggestions. I live in Far N. Dallas / Plano/ Carrollton area. Any suggestions. I need to buy about 50 pcs.

      Thanks everyone I found tt Royal Sweets at the intersection of Old Denton & George Bush. $1.00 each and they are big.

        Royal Sweets is at Dickerson and 190, not Old Denton. I would say the new Royal Sweets in Valley Ranch is much better than the one in Carrollton IMHO.

          Buy them from Chettinaad Palace in Plano. And, anything else you need in Indian food. Their Indian food is the best around!

            I don't know the best place to get them (or to get 50) but I've seen them in places like Indo-Pak (Richardson) and World Food Warehouse (near TI). I believe there is some variation from Southeast Asia to Africa so WFW might be a more Middle Eastern take on them.
