I purchased a small bottle at Loblaw's awhile ago. I have seen the same brand at other stores on occassion too, although I can't specifically remember which ones.

Not sure what you mean by garlic oil (garlic-flavored olive oil? Essence of garlic?) but your best bet is Les Douceurs du Marché at Atwater market, They at least will know where to get what you are talking about.
