Must-Try cusines for a adventurous pallet?

My brand new hubby and I thought it would be a great idea to sample different cousines every weekend. We are open to anything and everything under a reasonable budget...
your recomendation of restaurats will be much appreciated...

    'Tapas' Japanese food at Ju-Izakaya.

    Lots of exotic dishes/ingredients for your adventurous palette, such as marinated raw squid in soya sauce, charbroiled ox tongue, monkfish liver, b-b-q chicken skin, gizzards, liver, cartilage...etc
