Sorry about that Tiger. What kind of restaurants are you interested in. Seafood, BBQ, country, steaks, Ethnic? Joints, dives, fine dining or what.

          No biggie, Littleman.
We'd be looking for a fine dining and a good seafood restaurant.
Been to Louisiana Lagniappe and I think Geno's if I remember correctly. Might go back to Geno's but not LalLap.. Stumbled on Tip Top in Bon Secour our last trip. I guess I would be more interested in places like that.

Cobalt is the best fine dining in OB on the bay before the bridge. Cosmo's is a fun place with good seafood. There's outside dining. Cotton's and Doc's have good seafood also. Gulf Shore's Steamer and Hazel's both are great seafood places. Hazel's serves breakfast along with lunch and dinner. Shipp's Harbour Grill is casual fine dining for lunch and dinner. Wolf Bay Lodge is casual fine dining serving nice seafood and steaks.

            Cobalt Restaurant @ 28099 Perdido Beach Blvd., Orange Beach, AL 251 - 923 - 5300.
            Cosmo's Restaurant and Bar @ 25753 Canal Rd., Orange Beach, AL 251 - 948 - 9663.
            Cotton's Restaurant @ 26009 Perdido Beach Blvd., Orange Beach, AL 251 - 981 - 9268.
            Doc's Seafood Shack @ 26029 Canal Road, Orange Beach, AL 251 - 981 - 6999.
            Gulf Shores Steamer @ 27267 Perdido Beach Blvd., Suite 115, Orange Beach, AL 251 - 948 - 6344.
            Hazel's Seafood Restaurant @ 25311 Perdido Beach Blvd., Orange Beach, AL 251 - 981 - 4628.
            Shipp's Harbour Grill @ 27842 Canal Rd., Orange Beach, AL 251 - 981 - 9891.

Thanks Littleman, that's a great list. Do you know of any upscale markets so we can cook some good stuff in the condo?

I'm not sure what's what down there right now due to the spill but when we were there we took the ferry over to Dauphin Island. There was a sign right on the ferry advising people to visit the docks where the trawlers come in and strike up a bargain with the fishermen.
Had we the ability to cook we'd have done so.
                  Worth checking into.

Also, Gulf Shores Steamer is fantastic.

                  Gulf Shores Steamer
