I'm very fond of the caramel-pecan rolls at Moose & Sadie's. They're a little low on caramel and nuts for my taste (I like my rolls drenched & covered), but I love that the dough is substantial and chewy, rather than the tastee-bread-like sponge of lesser rolls I've had.
The baker at Moose & Sadie's used to be the co-owner and baker at the Birchwood, which is where I became addicted to these delights. Luckily, I rarely get downtown when M&S is open, or I would be even larger than I am now.

Try Dreamcoat Coffee in Oakdale MN. It's a new coffee house in the old Mrs. B's building. Caramel rolls are made fresh everyday and they are dripping in gooey caramel...not bread-y like a lot of caramel rolls. Great coffee, baked goods and enviornment.

A thread like this really needs to include Isles Bun & Coffee in Minneapolis and Bread & Chocolate in St. Paul. Different styles of rolls, both are generally pretty damn good though.
I'd say more, but my fingers are covered in caramel. :)
