Best Kosher Pizza in South Florida

Beaconstreet Sep 17, 2010 09:01 AM

What do you think is the best kosher pizza in South Florida?
Palm Beach, Broward, or Dade counties?
I'm looking for a vote for the best in each county and the best overall.

I've always loved Sara's Pizza. I consider it my favorite pizza of all time.

Shamash lists Sarah's Tent - Supermarket and Pizza in Aventura and Sara's Dairy Restaurant in Hollwood, which one are you referring to?

      Any other votes?

Both have pizza. I've had Sarah's Tent pizza.. it's ok. I wouldn't go out of my way for it, but it's a good way to entertain husband/kids while shopping. There's a counter in the back of the store to get the pizza and some outdoor tables to eat.

Sarah Pizza & dairy on 123rd st off US1 (Biscayne blvd) not to be confused with Sarah's Tent which is in Aventura

It's funny that their website is sarahspizza.com while the restaurant name is Sara's Pizza...not a good idea for branding.

Is the 123rd Street location still open? I hear mixed things all the time.

last time I ate there, about 9 months ago, they still had that great extra cheesy pizza. they were closed for renovations when I was there at the end of August.
Ended up eating a Bissela (also pretty good pizza)

I think they have both URLs.

You're right. But the redirect they put in place (saraspizza.com to sarahspizza.com) very confusing... it should have been the opposite.

I'm sure it didn't affect the taste of the pizza

They have great pizza. It's my favorite (see first post in this thread). But I do come from a marketing background and branding is really important (to me). I wish other companies realized the importance of a cohesive brand... I know bigger companies do. It's a non-issue, really, but I'd have never expected sarahspizza.com to be their website.

                        Totally agree.
