Square Pizza pans

Hi everyone.

I've come to my wits end out here in Ottawa Ontario. I'm originally from the 313 area code and after eating pizza in Toronto, I wasn't too worried about the pizza here in Canada. Sure it's not square Detroit style pizza, but they have good pizza there.

Now, I'm out in Ottawa and the pizza sucks horribly. I can't get a good circular slice, let alone a Detroit style square deep dish pizza like Buddy's or Loui's.

It seems that all the major square pizza places like Loiu's, Buscemis, Shield's, even Jet's use the type of pans shown below...

...And I've been scouring the internet looking for them.

Anyone have any idea where I could pick them up?

P.A. Products, of Livonia MI is the supplier of pans to many of the detroit piizza places. There's a very long (hundreds of posts) thread on cloning some of those pizzas, which includes a number of recipes and suppliers for types of cheese used by the restaurants in the Sicilian section over at pizzamaking.com, which you might want to look at, too.

Dshceilt: Thanks for the heads up, those are exactly the pans I am looking for...

I will check out that other link as well, for all I have is the cloverleaf pizza recipe from their wall.
